In the present work by Peter March, a new photographic process, something between photography and film was used. This creates images with enormous dynamics and a confusing play of lines. The images are mysteriously encoded and cannot be unraveled at first glance, but develop an independent aesthetic that suits the objects depicted and creates a new visual language. The proportions of the objects are defined by the sequence of movements, while shape and color are preserved.
Despite this distortion, the objects remain recognizable. The photo oscillates between static image and movement. Due to the slight lack of focus, reality mixes with imagination. Reality and vision become one.
